Hi, I am getting the following error message on my Samsung and can't make or receive calls:
"Not registered on network"
Does anyone know if the Virgin network is down?

That's not good Sandra.
Generally you'd only see this message if you had not yet activated your SIM card however if you've been able to use the service up til now we'll need to check your area to confirm there's no issues.
If you have Facebook you can go to our Virgin Mobile page and send us a private message with the details and we'll follow up from there.

I have just had the same problem happen to my phone yesterday and today can't make any calls or texts! I have the new Samsung Galaxy S4 mobile phone...can I get any help please?

If you're still having issues with the service can you please try turning the phone off/on and also doing a manual network selection.
If neither of these work then shoot us your info via our form and we'll be in touch to help you out.
