Very dissapointed today when i logged into my virgin mobile account to look at the flights available (internationally) with the advertised member reward of 10%.
The small print says it needs to be booked through the virgin mobile website only.
So this is what i tried (many times!), however I cant even enter an origin. I click on the origin boa, this takes me to another page in which flashes up quickly with a list and then disappears leaving the page blank! and the page stays blank!
as no one seemed to be available through virgin mobile to chat online today I thought I would pick up the phone and call.
I was advised as i would need to talk to virgin mobile and was swiftly transferred through.
So I went through the story again and was advised i would be required (as I am also a velocity member) i would need to talk to velocity! I queried this and was told this was the case! So again i was put on hold and swiftly transferred inly to be told....again sorry I dont deal with that you will need to talk to virgin mobile!
Um if I recall that is who I called first only to be passed around the world! Will now be booking thorugh a different site an not directly through virgin and also will not be receiving my member discount!
Maybe I will be looking around to what better deals with better customer service for thier customers are out there!

Where are you looking to travel to?
You should be able to find flights with the 10% discount when you're logged into My Account. Can you log in again for me this morning, and if the problem when trying to select the origin still occurs are you able to take a screenshot and let me know?
If it's still happening we definitely want to investigate and help you get this sorted!
