So I ordered my iPhone 6s Space Gray 128 GB early on Friday with 1 day shipping. Today I checked my bank account, and found that the money I had spent was back in my account, and not having received the phone, I assumed the order was denied, so I replaced the order. An hour or so later, I get an email confirming shipping of my previous order. So now I have two orders for phones, and using a debit card mind you, only have the money in my account for one, and I *really* don't want to overdraft my account. How do I cancel my second order and get my money back? A quick response would be greatly appreciated, as time is of the essence.
To cancel an order a customer simply just has to refuse the delivery. It will then be returned to us and a cancellation of the order will be processed. If we can assist further, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
