I have been trying to setup my voice mail without much succses I put in 212 and get the Voice tell me to put in a number between 4 & 9 digits as I start to put it in the Voice keeps interupting and then it tells me the number is wrong.
On checking my messages there was one from Virgin with a new number which I tried and again was told it was wrong.
I got on to chat and explained my problem was was told to forget about putting in a number as it was only to get your messages on another phone ,only thing is I can't get past the voice it just keeps asking for a number!!!!!

Can you please just clarify if you are calling 212 from your mobile or from another phone?
It isn't common but your voicemail box may not be completely provisioned and needs to be deactivated and activated again. Info on how to do this can be found in this support article.
