I purchased this phone in november 2016.. Two weeks later i noticed it had crack across the screen..
I took back to virgin mobile shop they said its not covered by warranty because its physical damage.
Not so impressed.. So i contacted Huawei in regards to there screen.. They said the screen is covered by
a 3 month replacment warranty, just take back to the place you purchased it from.
Back to the virgin shop same story its physcial damage bad luck..
Email virgin mobile to explain got the automated email back to you within 48 hours.. That was a week ago..
Silence. Where too next?
Hey @bunnykevNot cool to hear you've been given a bit of a run around. Suggestion would be to get the 3 month replacement warranty policy in writing from Huawei and bring it along when returning to the Virgin store to have it sent away for warranty assessment.Alternatively a satchel can be sent out to you, please contact us here to arrange this.
Thanks Ray... i spoke with Huawei the told me to keep copy of our recent chat and take it to the virgin store..
