I ordered my new phone on the 22 September and was told i would be gifted 10 gb of data (winner winner chicken dinner).
On Monday the 2 October I received a text that my data was ready to use, however my phone had not arrived yet (being a public holiday). Who cares right, I still had extra data, (not that I go over). My phone arrived the next day, but i couldnt pick it up until Wednesday as the PO closed as I screamed into the carpark full speed ahead at 5.02pm (Old bird is very prompt and strict on closing time at our PO).
So while I stewed over my phone not being in my hands and my heart broke and faded away, I still had the little glimmer of hope that was my data. I activated the new sim card (keeping the same number) on Wednesday (04 October) night (after smuggly walking in and retrieving my phone, not failing to make mention of my failed attempt the night before and that the old bird was at the door as I tried to walk in but decided to walk away instead of helping me, She glared as I was served by someone else).
My plan has now rolled over for the month as of today and my extra data has disappeared.
Now while my issue with the PO is not of your concern, I would like to know why I was dangled a luscious 10 extra gb of data for 8 days & it failed to roll over as so beautifully written on your website ("Celebrate your new plan with a once-off Data Gift from us. Your gift even rolls over to the next month if you don't use it all. Join us by 11/10/17.")
Needless to say you have soured my chicken dinner.
