I've had the same plan for 6 months and have not changed the way I use my data infact I'm working more so I'm actually spending less time on my mobile, yet for some reason the last two months my data usage has increased to the point that I have apparently use nearly 3/4 of my 13G in 10 days? Seriously virgin wtf
Hmm, definitely something happening here @Penny0506. Sounds like there's something on your phone that's using more data than normal. Have you added any new Apps lately or completed a software update by any chance?
Hi, I checked all my apps and they seem to be using the regular amount of data, I deleted all unused apps awhile ago. The only new ones are realestate apps realeaste.com and domain.com and I doubt they would chew threw 9GB in 10 days
We have an article that can help you work out which Apps might be using your data too, it might not be an App usin your data though, it might be a software update or web browsing, music streaming etc - but this is just to help you out
I haven't done an update on any device and I only stream music through pandora which is ment to be free as part of my plan. In the last 10 days I have worked 8, so there is no possible way my web browsing could chew 9GB. I think you guys are trying to get me to increase my data pack because all on a sudden the last two months I've apparently 'used more' complete BS
Yesterday I monitored my data usage, it was my day off and raining so i was on most of the day browsing, social media and used it as Internet for my computer and I didn't use over 370 MB. Therefore I couldn't possibly chew 9GB in 10 days when I worked 8 of those days, and only go through 370 MB on a day off. This would be the same for the month previously. It's a problem at your end, one I'm guessing you guys will not fix. After 10 years of being with virgin I'm now counting down the months until the end of my contract.
