And not a quick fix? Well you're correct here. VM has had this suggestion for at LEAST 5 years ( that I know of). I'm used to project overruns and budget blowouts, but seriously - if this is acted on NOW, it could be implemented within 6 monyhs. And thats INCLUDING a national add campaign to sprouk about how great you are for coming up with this idea, all on your iwn. Oh, and by the way, and beingvthe only telco to implement it. Imagine the fsnfare and new customers?....
But no. You keep sitting on your hands and ignore a great initiative. You seem more comfortable in that position.
