Being a LOYAL customer for 12 years i need to have my opinion of my experiences. To start of for the first 4 years was good. Then all of that went out of the window and to be honoust the only reason i stayed was because i could not be bothered changing to another carrier. The call centres were shippes o/s and in no way could i understand what language they were and still are speaking. Ignorance and NO bedside manner is FULL on. I can fully understand why when i am in a shopping centre i notice virgin mobile stores are empty while optus/ telstra / vodaphone are full. Maybe no dodgey contracts happening and crossing of contracts but who really knows? I have learnt by my HUGE mistake of staying with this INEPT company run by amertures . The saying of "You choose your own destiney "is real. GOOD LUCK!

Hi Zoe. I will rtract my opinion as my problem with Virgin Mobile has been resolved in the best manner . There was a huge mix up with an update . I had a conversation with one of your finance people who was very understanding and he worked out a solution that will make me stay with Virgin for another 10 years. Thankyou . Jeff
ey KJ. I feel what you are going through. Been with Virgin for more than 5 years and been really happy until now. I have four contracts with Virgin. I ordered 3 new handsets with the nearly 3 weeks ago, promised delivery within 1-4 working days. Still waiting despite dozens of phone calls to which no one will give me an answer apart from the fact that their warehouse is refusing to send out any stock to online customers. Virgin have really hit rock bottom really quick.
Sony XZ. I have phoned every store you have in NSW and they ALL have plenty of stock and no problems getting stock from your warehouse. They have also confirmed that your warehouse is refusing to send out any stock for online orders. That is disgusting. The only solution they can come up with is to cancel the online orders and go to a store. That would involve a round trip of almost two hundred kilometres. I don't particularly care that your warehouse is refusing to attend to online orders, that's not my problem. As far as I'm concerned you can get one of your stores to ship their stock to me today or I go to another company with all of my contracts. I'm sick od phoning you to find out what is going on and being fobbed off with nothing but a promise to call me back which NEVER happens!!!!
Well Zoe, as requested I have messages you on Facebook. TWICE!! As with all of your customer service staff I have once again been completely ignored. What a surprise!!!! This is just a new way to fob me off instead of addressing your problems. All this does is make people more angry.
I've had a look and can see you've contacted us there. If you haven't received a reply yet it would just be due to the team not being in at the time you messaged @Angry1. They've just jumped online and will respond to your message as soon as they can - keep in mind they reply to customers in the order they come through so it might not be an immediate response.
