I signed up a phone on 28th Feb, then I found I can not receive calls from any providers except Telstra. The person who called me will receive an error siad "my number is incomplete or incorrect."
I complained this issue through phone on 5th Mar for the first time. The customer service did some reset with my phone service, but not working. so they hand this over to the tech support, said they will reply me in 3-5 working days.
A week later, I complained again on 12th Mar. Did all the reset that I did for the last time, the result is still need to wait for the tech support response. They promised will get back to me in ONE day.
For the third time, I complained on 14th Mar, the custom service said will get back to me within today before 6:00pm. But nothing happened, I think thats the way how the Virgin Mobile cheat to customers. They put you to hold until you give up.
If someone know how to solve this issue or know the phone numbers for the tech support, please let me know.
If some tech staffs can check for me, my request phone number is 0422------.
Here is the ways I tried before:
1. swap the SIM card to the other phone, same issue.
2. reset phone network settings, doesn't work
3. dail #002#, nothing changed.
4. forward the incoming calls to the other mobile also not working in my case, they will get the error message as well.
