Hello, how do i speak to some one about my latest bill without having to wait 20 mins + on the phone. I had a lenghty wait on Saturday but the issue does not appear to have been resolved as I have now recieved another bill and on my bill history it shows that I have already paid this bill?
Thanks for getting back to me Yes I recieved an SMS on Friday to advise me that my account was overdue and that I had to pay the balance in the next 24 hours to avoid having my service restricted. I responding to the message the following day well with in the 24 hour period to be advised that my account had already been restricted and established that when I paid my most recent bill last month I was actually paying the previous months and now had 2 months to pay which i paid on Satuday. I enquired at the time as to why I was no longer recieving bills each month, as I have always recieved previously which is why I had missed a month, but the answer was unknown and I was advised that it would be looked in to. Today I recieved an email with my most recent bill which is the amount i paid on Saturday which is due on the 25 Sept and on my Dashboard it says that I have already paid this bill, and now I have no idea of what is going on?? If you could please help that would be great. Thanks.
