So it seems, I have been given the run around from the Penrith store that advise me to contact virgin to obtain insurance within the 30 Day period. So I called virgin customer support and they advise they no longer can provide insurance on the phone since 2 months ago...hmmm website did not mention this after several searches. It’s seems the communication or I say the lack of customer experience shows in Penrith giving there customers incorrect information. Not impressed that the staff does not know the simplest things to know, actually it’s part of their training that should know.
Strange that they say they no longer provide phone insurance when the webpage related to it is still up.
