I have not had service since last night. I have tried turning phone on/off several times, and tried to manually select network but I get an error message. I have checked the coverage map and my address has good and great strength...apparently! I emailed support but they may take up to 2 days!! Can you please help resolve this issue?
Is it just when you're inside your house, or outside too?
If it's just inside it might be structural interference or equipment in the area affecting your connection.
If you haven't already, try testing your service in your back yard or out the front out your house and see if there is an improvement?
