For the past few years I have received my monthly account via email. In September and November of this year, no email was received. I have today contacted my server, who advise that no emails were received from Virgin Mobile for those periods. I contacted Virgin, who say that "yes, they went out"..where to for GS??
To quote an old phrase.." Houston, we have a problem here".
Virgin, please look into this seriously, and advise. I would like an actual copy of the "no-reply" emails that have been sent to me. Strangely the October account was emailed.
