Generally you'd only see this message if you had not yet activated your SIM card however if you've been able to use the service up til now we'll need to check your area to confirm there's no issues.
If you have Facebook you can go to our Virgin Mobile page and send us a private message with the details and we'll follow up from there.

I have been having the same issue yesterday and today, getting the message Not registered on network at times. I have also been getting SIM card removed sometimes. When I restart the phone it's all working OK. But I have been restarting it around 10 times during the day, yesterday and today. Can't continue doing this!! All people are calling and I am not receiving their calls.
I have a galaxy S4 for about a year now, never had the issue until yesterday.
