I took the Virgin connection on 7th of October on the assurance that my old number will be posted to this connection. I was assured that it will take 2 - 3 business days to port the number. Now it's more than six days and it's still not done. My recharge of the old number is expiring tomorrow 13th of October. I am concerned that this weekend my old number will not work and I may not be able to receive important calls. I don't want to waste money to recharge it. Kindly help!
Ah right, it can take a little longer when porting on the same network as we need to manually transfer the number across. Can you message me the details so I can make sure there's nothing else going on that would delay it any further?
