We have been having serious connection issues for a few weeks in the Pacific Palms area on the mid north coast. Both Optus and Virgin outage pages show that they have found a fault and are trying to fix it but it has been that way now for the last 3 weeks. How long until we can get coverage again? It is frustrating not being able to call and use internet, while still be charged for the privilege.
Without knowing exactly where you are it's hard to check the sites near you @daveP, however if there is a live fault then it's unlikely I'd be able to provide a date/time this will be fixed. Often we can provide an ETR for planned work, but for anything unplanned we wouldn't know an exact date it will be restored (however as soon as we become aware of issue we work on fixing them as quickly as we can).
