When i placed my order, the delivery timeframe was 1 to 4 business days, 4 business days gone already and already got sick and tired of pathetic and hopeless customer service, every time i call them, the only anwer i get is , please check startrack website. So far i spoke with 4 different people and not even one was able to tell me why there is a delay and neither could they check with warehouse. For any body thinking about ordering online, my suggestion, forget it and better go to a store and get one same day instead of playing the waiting game. My order number is SA122803412
simply go to virginmobile.com.au, click the first tab which is "SHOP" then click iphone and select iphone 8 plus 256gb and select any colour and please tell me what is the delivery time it shows..thanks in advance
telling the truth doesnt mean being rude man, moreover i didnt mention Zoe anywhere in my post, i have only mentioned about the false and misleading lie in the website, also someone just removed the screen shot image i added proving my point.
