I have a $19 / 28 days prepaid plus which is supposed to include 500MB of data (and data rollover), however in the "credit breakdown" it shows 0 data and 0 data plan.
I have also been charged for using data - like $9 for 77MB! What's going on? Where is my included data?

Hi @dca, welcome to our support community! If your data is showing zero and you've been charged for data then this would mean you've used the data allocated as part of your recharge (that 500MB you've mentioned).
