I had for many years a Virgin broadband USB on my old Windows 7 PC.It is still perfect. I bought a Windows 10 WIFI CP and also a WIFI Virgin Broadband 4G It worked perfectly until 3.6 G and I got the messege to top up .I got my credit card and paid for 18G .But next day asked again to top up. I opened my old CP and the 18G went on my a7 account.It is going on since 19 of September. I paid for the WIFI broadband set $219. Should I buy an other one ?

Thanks for trying to help. I have 2 CP : HP Windows 7 and new HP WIFI Windows 10.The new WIFI broadband modem worked until I used 3.6G and asked for top up .I did the top up with credit card ,but the 18 G added to my old Windows 7 CP . Ever since the windows 10; open the page to recharge I click on RECHARGE but it does not get me to the account .
Please just tell me black and white if it is my fault.I would like to know what did I do wrong maybe at the activation time.

Thanks ,That is what happened.I used my only main Email but changed the password . Every time I want to go to my Account these happens;Your username or password is incorrect ,you have 4 more try . And i do until I am locked out.The new WIFI modem has a SIM card and everithing is different.The broadbend was set up in the Virgin Mobile store.When I connected to my PC worked so good until needed RECHARGE. The Sim card was set up in the shop. I only had to do at home to connect the broadband to my PC. My new PC has built in wifi. It worked the broadband like magic,until it asked for top up. I do not share PC or Printer and never did.Since 19 September locked out from my Account. I give up I spent so much time and money calling for help ,what to do. This is my last try I apprisiate any advise Many Thanks
