I only changed to virgin a week ago. The service is just ok but it was about the same when with Telstra anyway. Wanting to turn on WiFi calling because of bad signal which I can do on the phone no worries, but there is never the symbol come up on the bar. I was told by virgin customer service that it was my internet provider who could fix it, who in turn told me that my router was too old to support the new service. I went to buy a new router today and was told that he wouldn't sell me that one because it may not support WiFi calling either. Then I rang Harvey Norman who told me that it shouldn't be a router issue but only a handset issue.
