This morning I recharged my pre-paid account, selecting Prepaid Plus ($29, 2GB data per month). Imediately going back to the dashboard to check the account, I note I have been recharged to a totally different product: Prepaid Pay-Rise ($29, 1GB per month).
Thats annoying, but to add to this I note there are other accounts of these two account types being mixed up by system when people re-charge, going back a year and more. Shouldn't be too much to ask that you get what you paid for.
I'd give Virgin a call. Or give their social media team (facebook/twitter) a private message. That way they can have a closer look at your accounts and rectify any issues. And give them your feedback too. Hopefully when more people report the issue, it'll be fixed as a priority....
