Good to hear the calls are still coming through but it is strange the Caller ID has suddenly changed.
Do you know if your family in the UK are able to send texts to any other numbers here? Possibly on a different network?

I wonder if perhaps they all actually use the same network but through different mobile providers? Similar to us using the Optus network...
Have your family in the UK contacted their mobile providers to check if anything has been reported with them about this?
Great to hear it's being looked into, hopefully were able to find a solution. Because it's an issue with international numbers it might end up being something we can't fix, as it may not be an issue on our end but we'll do everything we can to investigate and resolve if it is an issue here @dwrightson
