I recently upgraded my phone contract, last Tuesday I think. Revived the phone Thursday, but was sent the wrong model, a s8 galaxy instead of the s8plus. I rang virgin mobile and was told someone would be in contact within 48hrs. It's now Sunday and I still have not had any contact from virgin mobile. Question, is there a cooling off period for contracts and if so how long is it?
So I rang this afternoon and a return sactchel is being sent to return the phone. But contrary to the conversation I had with someone last Thursday nobody contacted me, and worse still I have received a bill for the knew contract including a phone repayment for the phone I don't even have!! Can you please address my first post asking what the cooling off period is?
