We have moved in Jordan Springs recently, and signal quality for Virgin Network is horrible here.
Have visited stores many times and they are not able to do anything. Problem is coverage maps (optus coverage) shows this area is having good service. Want to cancel my contract as not able to use phone what it is meant for and also affects when I do Work from home but not sure what is the process. Is anyone else facing the same issue around Jordan Springs here.
PS* As a temporary solution have taken Vodafone Prepaid and quality is perfectly fine.
As I mentioned in the post that coverage maps shows everything is fine in an area, but indeed service reception is not in a state where phone can be used.
Is there anything I can try, if not mind letting me know what are the options available.
You can also check via our maps if there is an issue with a tower close by, or work being done which might impact your service, have you done this?
