Been offline for more than 24 hours, changes to profile name and VPN made no difference, cannot get through for phone or chat support.

Hey @Pjay, are you still having issues with your mobile broadband service? If you haven't already tried, please turn your modem off/on and let me know how you go.
I dont have internet since last Monday..Sick of explaining the issue, again and again, every day and turning off and on the modem. Do something..
True.. I can not access since Monday. Even they don't know the issue. always ask to change the APN. On and off the modem.. Virgin Broadband sucks
