I have a long been customer of Virgin mobile, I always make the payment online and on time.
This month, I try to make the payment and it says:
"We’re sorry but your bill payment was unsuccessful. Please check your details and try again. If you need help, please call us on 1300 555 100."
I chat someone on the website and says they've given me until the 09/09/17 to pay, thinking that the website would be fixed...meanwhile during the whole week I keep getting the same issue.
I tried to make the payment over the phone and it says I have to pay online using 'My Account' but the website keeps putting me through to the phone number.
This morning sends me a letter:
Your Account: **********
According to our records, your payment arrangement with Virgin Mobile has been not been met.
Please pay your outstanding bill immediately or your service will be suspended.
To see your bill online at any time, go to virginmobile.com.au and login to My Account.

Cuts off my service...Now I am trying to escalate the issue.
Saying they would 'Call me back' and I said you can't you turned off my phone service.
Now the guy over the phone has given me an 'extension' to pay the bill thinking that the issue will be fixed by then.
What a joke Virgin mobile...

Now at first that seems to have worked it gave me a receipt number, but it does not reflect in 'My Account'...it is still saying I owe the full amount so that doesn't work either.
Can you also tell me why you would cut-off my service less than a week after the bill is due and basically sending me a letter for demand to pay when I have tried to pay several times?
No I did not have an outstanding previous bill, so moving forward how do I stop this from happening again?
So now when I log into 'My Account' it is saying I am owing $0.27, I've just noticed that the page https://www.virginmobile.com.au/myaccount/paybill does not automatically add the 0.385% credit card fee. In 'My Account' it automatically added the card charge of the bill.
So everytime I pay the bill I need to manually calculate the 0.385%?
