I cancelled my service as of late Jan 2018. It was a postpaid service on a cheap $10 a month plan (no contract) - the $10 was because I moved overseas and so kept the number "just in case". My bill date is the 6th of each month and so i normally get a bill in the few days after that. I receive my bills online (ie. receive a notification email and then I login to MyAccount). Hence I expected to see a final bill notification in the days after 6 Feb 2018 (so by, say, 10 Feb). Alas to date (13 Feb) I have not receive an invoice and MyAccount shows me as having a $0 balance. I was expecting a bill for a small amount (pro-rated charges).
I just wanted to confirm when a final bill might be forthcoming? Do they take longer (I was not told anything if so)?
I guess I am a little paranoid being overseas with only an email address for Virgin to contact me on (I cancelled my mobile totally and no longer receive post in Australia even if Virgin where to send me a postal bill which would be highly unusual/unexpected).
