I purchased the ZAGG Invisible shield from the Virgin store at Westfield Carindale when I upgraded my phone. The sales person suggested the glass screen protector as it has a lifetime warranty. I thought this was a good idea as my family and friends have a similar product through Telstra and have had it replaced when cracked. So when my screen cracked after 3 months of having it on I took it into the Virgin store to be replaced and was told replacements were not done instore and advise to go onto the ZAGG website. Not only is this an American company but you have to pay min. $9.99 US to have the new screen protector sent and then you need to return the damaged one to America. This process will become rather costly.
I am very disappointed that Virgin would stock a product like this in their stores. You need to source a product from within Australia and offer in house replacements inorder to offer a better service to your customers.
I DO NOT recommend anybody to buy this product as it is more hassal then what it's worth. Unfortunately my sister also purchased this product when upgrading our Mum's phone.
I have been a virgin mobile customer for over 12 yrs now and although this has been my first bad experience it does leave me feeling disappointed.

Yes there is, which I have just had to look at now as a result of the damanged screen.
At the time of purchase I just assumed it was a local product that would be replaced instore.
Moral of the story is never assume and always ask for more information about the lifetime warranty.
I just wanted to make other people aware so they don't get caught out like I have.
