I received a new sim a week ago and my number has been ported over and virgin says its activated but i cant make calls receive them, use messages, use mobile data.
when i look at my simcard status and mobile network state it shows disconnected. Even though the network shiws virgin mobile.
I have made many attempts by phone and chat to resolve this and am told they are working on fixing it, usually 24 hrs
I want to keep my number so i guess i have no option but to port over to another carrier ,it will probably take less time
than to get any help from virgin.
