After what ever changed yesterday; my VPN is now so slow it's unusable. It was all good before the outage yesterday. Is there a reason for this ?

You can check for a network issues on our coverage map. This will let you know if there are any ongoing works that might be causing these problems.
We'd also recommend turning your modem on/off to refresh network connection. Let us know how you go, we’ll be here to help if you need further assistance.
Thanks for that info. I gave up that morning and tried again in afternoon and all was back to normal.
