It has now been week since I have asked the Miranda store and the technical to transfer my number to a new plan ( from Prepaid) and I am still waiting to be connected. Called the help desk 10 times and I have to keep repeating my issue over andover again ... This company is unbelievable. Yesterday I sold all my shares in this company beceuse the service is so bad. Still waiting for my phone to be connected

How dare you say its fixed ? It is NOT fixed!!!!!!
This has NOT been fixed . It is now 15 days since I have been able to use my mobile phone. I went to Hurstville store . They rand their IT Helpdesk and they keep saying 3 more days ... They have been saying this for tweo weeks. If this is NOT fixed soon I will raise this with the communications Ombusman and Fair trading
