i requested to block and bar my phone when on wednesday when I had thought I had lost it. After an hour I had found my phone and requested that my phone be unblocked and unbarred. It was working fine until yesterday (thursday) my handset would not connect to th network. I spoke with customer service at arounf 8:45 pm last night and she told me to try and use my sim card in another phone to see if the problem was the simcard or the phone - turns out it's the sim card. She told me she would call me back after 10 minutes and alas she never called back (poor customer service!) She did tell me their records show that my phone had been unblocked and unbarred on their end so what's the problem?
Can anyone help me? It seems as if my phone is still blocked!
