How to activate your new service

Activating your new service with us is easy, you can do it online or contact us and we can do it for you. Make sure you have your Starter Kit with you when you call as you will need the information on it.

If you’re porting a number to us, you’ll need to activate the Virgin Mobile number that has come with your Starter Kit so that we’ll have somewhere to transfer your existing number to.
