How to activate your new service

Activating your new service with us is easy as you can do it online, anytime! Make sure you have your Starter Kit with you as you will need the information on it.

If you’re porting a number to us, you’ll need to activate the Virgin Mobile number that has come with your Starter Kit so that we’ll have somewhere to transfer your existing number to.
