Since we launched the Virgin Mobile online community in November 2012, we’ve been blown away by the customer-to-customer interaction that goes on inside its HTML walls.

Thumb-stopping stuff. A community ‘kudos’ (much like a Facebook ‘like’) can be given to other customers on their posts when their explanation to a problem or info they’ve shared has been top notch.
