We are currently experiencing delays processing direct debit payments for bills due on the 7th of March 2017. We expect these payments to be processed by the 8th of March by 5pm.
What should I do?
Your direct debit should go through later today, however if you've made a manual payment for any outstanding amount, then you may have paid your bill twice. If this is the case, you can leave that extra payment on your account to go towards your next bill or get in touch with us and we can organise a refund for you.
