Due to high amounts of porting traffic, we now aim to clear all pending ports by Friday, 19/01/2018.
There is currently a system delay for customers porting from Optus or an Optus Service Provider (carriers that use the Optus network). During this time, your current number will still work until your number ports over. We are working quickly to fix this delay.
What Do I Need To Do?
Absolutely nothing - we should have all delayed ports completed on Friday 19/01.
